Cancellation Policy

Clarity Call Booking Policy Thank you for booking your Clarity Call with us! This free call is designed to help you better understand one of our services, ask questions, get started with a challenge, share your story, or something other. Booking Your Clarity Call By booking this call, you are scheduling a free 15-minute Clarity Call to discuss one or more of the items mentioned above. The call will take place via phone, but on some occasions when necessary, Zoom. Cancellations and Rescheduling We ask that you provide a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your Clarity Call. If cancellations are less than 24 hours, we understand that emergencies happen. Just please be respectful of our time, as we also respect yours. We cannot guarantee a re-book if you do not show up for your scheduled call without notifying us. Timeliness Please ensure you are ready for your Clarity Call at the scheduled time. To respect others, the call will end at the scheduled time even if you are late. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
