BHC is a fee-for-service christian academic co-op K-12 with classes divided by upper and lower grades. An interview and a letter of recommendation from a church or unrelated current co-op member are required for admission to ensure a good fit. A variety of classes are offered with a college-preparatory focus including AP and advanced classes.

This church homeschool community offers support, guidance, accountability, maintenance of records, graduation ceremonies, standardized testing, and connection. Homeschooling is conducted by the parent, the co-op is supports the journey. A small annual fee is required.

Capstone Christian School

This organization is a homeschool cover school which requires attendance and grade reporting. Standardized testing is required every other year. ACT/SAT tests are required high school students. Transcripts, field trips, gym nights, graduations, and other activities are available for members. There is limited information about the school to be found, but you may reach out to them directly or joint their FB group.

Operating out of Bethel Baptist Church, this organization is a parent-led co-op for academic and social activities. It is not a drop off. Parents must stay on site. Classes run at 10am, 11am, and 12:30am. They serve grades 1-12. There is little information on their website. You may try contacting the church for more details.

Agape Innovative Learning Center is a three day drop-off program for homeschoolers in grades PreK-12 assisting families in developing their students academic and personal growth. They offer math, science, history, and language arts.


Agape Faithworks is their co-op offering both social and learning opportunities including field trips, special events, graduation ceremonies and more.


Agape Arts Center is their performing arts program that honors God through artistic gifts. It includes dance, drama, music and visual arts. ballet, tap, lyrical, modern, contemporary, character, jazz, hip hop, salsa, musical theater, and acro.

Aquinas Learning Center

ALC is a catholic classical education program that meets on Thursdays 9:30 - 3:30 pm. It offers in-person classes for those who live near a local center, a virtual option with online classes for those who do not, and an at home option which allows classes to be followed independently at home. Payment rates are per family/per level. Limited information on website. You may want to send an email to gain clarity.

Aletheia Homeschool Co-op Inc

This parent-led, christian, academic co-op has been in existence for approximately 20 years. They serve K - through high school with approximately 25 families (60-80 students). To keep class sizes small, they limit the number of new families they accept. Classes meet on Fridays and include science, writing, literature, robotics foreign language, hands-on enrichment, and physical education. This may change depending to teacher availability. Students must be respectful, kind, obedient, and willing to complete weekly homework assignments. Parents should love God and be willing to serve. They are unable to accommodate students with learning disabilities, attention difficulties, and behavioral problems as they do not have the staff or training to care for their needs properly.

HEG is a christian homeschool ministry open to christian families how homeschool their children as a primary means of education or are interested in learning more about homeschooling. Their vision is to operate as a support system inside of the church supporting families through their homeschool journey with practical guidance, resources, fellowship, special events field trips, and connection. A private online members community offers a place to post questions, curriculum inquiries, prayer requests and more.


CREATE Co-op offers a variety of academic and supplemental classes for K-12th grade. CREATE is only open to HEG members. Classes meet every Friday from September the May. To attend, the oldest child within a family must be at least in Kindergarten. This co-op is parent-led and all parents must volunteer their time. It is not a drop off location, so parents must also stay onsite.


Membership Fees:

Co-op Members: $40/family per school year + registration cost and class fees

Non Co-op Members: $60/family per school year

C.H.U.C offers support to homeschool parents through a monthly meeting, informative emails, discounts, field trips, special events, a Christmas concert, and graduation. Meetings are held the first Monday of every month at 7 pm, and parents are able to visit before they commit. Meetings offer something for everyone no matter what stage of your homeschool journey you are in. Sub-groups are offered to meet with parents who are in a similar season of homeschooling, and are relaxed, allowing you to move between groups as needed. The annual cost is $40/family.


Classical Conversations Sewell NJ

Classical Conversations is an extension of classical education which hold the philosophy of three phases of learning. Grammar stage, dialectic stage, and rhetoric stage. The co-op supports families by curating curriculum, providing services, and training parents. It currently serves over 45 families and offers Foundations, Essentials, Challenge A, B, I, II, III, and IV.

Faith Center for the Arts is a fine arts co-op across five locations and online that has been in existence for 30+ years. An extensive amount of in-person homeschool classes are offered for music, instruments, voice, dance, theater, and visual arts for 32 weeks. There are multiple theater productions throughout the year students may participate in in fall, spring, and summer intensive. Classes are held in both group and private settings.

Freedom Homeschool Co-op

Freedom co-op is a parent-led christian organization that meets weekly. Members must be active in a community of Believers, sign a statement of faith, have children in at least 1st grade and above, have the ability to pay dues, tuition, and fees, and be able to attend co-op and two annual meetings, keeping absences to a minimal. Families participate in academic and social activities with a three period minimum, 5 period maximum requirement, as well as parent participation.


Classes meet on Tuesdays for 1st - 8th grade. The high school program meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays and is growing in structure. It is designed to ensure all required high school credits are met for graduation.


Fees are $40/month per family (co-op), $50/class per family up to $250/month (high school), $60 registration fee. Book fees and class fees are additional. Curricula is typically christian-based and may include but is not limited to The Good and the Beautiful, Beautiful Feet, Master Books, Institute for Excellence in Writing, Notgrass, Apologia, and Math-U-See.

Gloucester County Christian Home Schoolers Association (GCCHSA)

The Gloucester County Christian Home Schoolers Association is a parent-led non-profit Christian homeschool support group which serves families in souther NJ. They have a members-only group for posting inquiries and ads. They believe that no family should homeschool alone. They connect with each other through field trips, seasonal activities, park dates, family game nights, back to school and end of year parties.


They have prayer chains, a meal ministry, and also offer graduation for 8th and 12th grade, HSLDA discount, student and teacher ID cards, a curriculum fair, used curriculum sales and more. There are special meetings for moms to help anchor each other and a yearly mom "retreat" which is a local activity to recharge. Sports, Lego Robotics League, Science fairs, recitals, Teen Outreach Group and more make membership rich for all families.
