If you receive the incorrect color or wrong size as compared to what you ordered, we will provide you with a full refund or send a replacement item.

If there is a problem with the manufacturer's printing or any other production issue (e.g., faded print, design alignment issues), we will issue a full refund or send a replacement item at no extra cost.

To process a claim, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging, incorrect order, or other manufacturer issue to hello@simplyschoolhouse.org. Add any additional details that may be needed to help us resolve the issue quickly.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Since our items are made to order, we do not accept returns for items that are not defective, incorrect, or damaged. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase to ensure the correct size, color, and design are selected.

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will process your refund or send you a replacement item. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.
